Shipments and returns
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Minibus Service. You will be given the number of the driver, and will be able to manage a meeting point with him.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders placed separately, please give us the call to check on that possibility.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Returns
We usually accept returns only in our Tbilisi Store.
In case a specific situation, please call us to arrange the issue with us.
