XADO RED ANTICARBON

Complex means for decoking.

A new formula for a fast-acting tool for softening and removing complex carbon deposits on the bottom and piston rings of gasoline and diesel engines. Removes all soot and resin impurities from the cavities of the cylinder-piston group.

  • Restores the mobility of the rings.
  • Cleans cylinders and pistons, combustion chambers, valves from all types of pollution (heat, coke, varnishes, resins).
  • Aligns compression on cylinders.
  • Removes deposits from spark plugs (incandescent). 
  • Safe for catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, rubber products and seals.

Detailed characteristics

Application

  1. Warm up the engine. The motor should be warm, but not hot.
  2. Unscrew candles (nozzles or glow plugs). Turn off the ignition distribution sensor connector, Hall sensor or switch. Close the fuel supply to the cylinders.
  3. Spray the product alternately into each cylinder through the hose nozzle (up to 5 s). Install the candles (nozzles or glow plugs) back, thereby ensuring that the composition cannot evaporate. Wait 10–20 min.
  4. Unscrew the candles (nozzles). Cover the candle holes with an absorbent cloth so that the dirt that flies out does not fall on the paint and varnish coating of the car body parts. Turn the engine with the starter for a few seconds. The procedure can be repeated 2-4 times.
  5. To avoid "dry" friction when starting the engine after decoking, it is recommended to add 10-15 mg of fresh engine oil to each cylinder. Install candles (nozzles or incandescent candles) in place, connect wires and sensors, ensure fuel supply.
  6. Start the engine and ensure its operation at an increased crankshaft rotation frequency up to 15 minutes. During this time, the remains of softened coke will be removed through the exhaust gas release system*.

Notes

* To completely remove the remaining dirt from the cylinders, it is recommended to drive on a 5-10 km barrier road with the maximum permissible speed. 

Dosage: one aerosol cylinder of 320 ml is enough for decoking in 20 cylinders.
